Shipping Policy

 Regular Shipping:

• Orders up to $80 = $9.95 Flat Rate Regular Shipping
• Orders over $80 = Free Regular Shipping (*Express shipping surcharge applies).

Express Shipping:

• Express Shipping - from $19.95

Order Turnaround Time:

 Our operating house are 8-4pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays (Melbourne Time).  Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days (subject to weekends and public holidays). Should you require an urgent please contact us directly at hello@korupantry.com.au prior to placing an order. 

Australia Post Delivery Estimates:

We will pack and send your order within 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, the delivery time past this point is out of our control. Shipping to International Destinations?

Koru Pantry does not typically ship internationally due to restrictions on food item. However, please contact us directly at hello@korupantry.com.au to discuss your requirements as we may be able to ship products depending on the location.
