Returns

Exchanges or Refunds

Due to health regulations and the nature of our products, we are unable to exchange teas or tea accessories once shipped. Please note we do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind in any circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please take care when opening your order and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (please provide a photo of the item/s). This will allow us to evaluate the issue and advise on the next step.

Faulty Items:

If you believe you have been supplied with a faulty tea accessories product, please contact us immediately (and provide a photo of the faulty item). We will assess whether a repair or replacement is required and advise of our best solution. Alternatively if a photo does not illustrate the faulty claim, we may ask you to return the product back to us for testing - If upon testing the product is deemed as faulty, the order will be reimbursed to the customer.

Damaged in Transit Items:

Should an item arrive and appears faulty or damaged due to transit handling, please keep the product in its original packaging box/satchel and contact us immediately (and provide a photo of the damaged item) - These matters must be reported within 1 business day of goods being received. We will then advise of next steps to be taken, in order to supply a replacement product or best resolve the matter for you.
